THE MATTHEW LESZCZYNSKI MEMORIAL PAGE OF HOPE
It all started with a guy by the name of Matt Thompson who wanted to remember his best friend he had lost to a tragic overdose. A story that easily could have been mine. Matt was the very first donor and since then there have been so many. Every donation counts. I am eternally grateful for everyones support.
Matt is the one who started it all. He sent me a donation of $150 without even knowing me. Before we had talked about naming it after his fallen friend. He wanted me to succeed, he didn't want me to fall casualty to my addiction. He wanted to support what I was doing and I am so grateful for his friendship. He simply wanted his friend to be remembered and I am so proud and honoured to be a part of it. Now Matt and I have become best friends and now we get to spread the message of hope and change the hockey world through The Puck Support Foundation in Matthew Leszczynski's honour.
